We require a 20% deposit upfront. Your deposit is non refundable, if you decide to change your wedding date you will lose your deposit, this is due to loss of business.



Should you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, notification must be made in Email. Verbal notification is not sufficient. 

If the photographer or videographer cannot perform the initial agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of God, natural disaster or terrorism and anything which is beyond the control of both parties or due to photographers or videographers illness or injury, then Your Cyprus Moments will return all fees to the clients but shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. The limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials and raw footage are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the post or otherwise lost or damage without fault on the part of the photographer/videographer. Clients agree that an entire wedding cannot be replicated, re-enacted or repeated for the purpose of a reshoot and limits Your Cyprus Moments to the amount paid under this contract. 



Once booked, the price of your wedding package is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges. We reserve the right to revise prices for new bookings. The price that we confirm at the time of booking is the price you pay.



To enable us to offer you efficient and professional services, we are committed to ongoing training, part of which sometimes involves the recording of phone calls.



All information supplied to Moments by its clients is treated in the strictest confidence and is subject to the Data Protection Act. We promise to provide you with the best possible service.

 Moments cannot return your deposit or full amount if your holiday is cancelled or if changes to your holiday which leads to the canceling of your wedding due to war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions or any other reasons out of our control amounting to force majeure.



Once you have received your final copies we will keep the raw footage for 4 weeks after which time it will be deleted. We will however keep copies of your final films in case you wish to order more copies in the future.

 We do not supply any RAW footage due to the artistic nature of our work. We are a media studio and do not provide the traditional style of coverage like other videographers. Apart from the ceremony, special dances and speeches, we shoot short 5 to 10 second clips from multiple cameras to create a final cinematic edit. For your highlights film, we are creating a beautiful product with only the best moments. And for your long film, we include almost all of the usable footage that we possess.



You are the owner of your film trailers and photographs and we are happy to keep your full-length films private, however the highlight films and photography are our only source of advertising. As there is often more than one enquiry for the same date, it is in our interest to accept the booking that allows us to make their film or photographs public. We would always ask your permission if your trailer or photographs were going to be advertised somewhere else rather than on the standard social media platforms.



By booking your wedding with Moments you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions and that acceptance will create a legally binding contract between them and yourself.
